This Plank Exercise Workout targets the Most valuable muscles of human body, Ofcourse Core or in simple words 6 Pack abs. This Plank Exercise as much Simple as the the Classic Plank Exercise. Warm up as usual for the exercise. Get in the Plank Position the Classic Plank Position and Put you both foots on the Bench. Left one Leg down and do the Classic Plank Exercise. Raise the Foot to the Bench and repeat this Exercise with the other leg.
